Who we are

Matt Wooding – Director

Matt opened Link2recruitment with Craig Froggatt after working in recruitment for 21 years, the last 15 of which were with one of the largest recruitment agencies in the UK, 

Previously Matt progressed his career to multi location manager throughout the midlands and the North of England and was responsible for opening  multiple new branches and developing his teams to success.

After 21 years in the industry it was time for Matt to start on his own path taking his experiences and building on them to develop a fresh perspective on the way recruitment should be delivered to his clients and candidates  

Matt is an experienced recruiter/manager in the industrial, Driving, Commercial and Engineering sectors

Craig Froggatt – Director

Craig commenced his career in recruitment in 1993 initially as a consultant with a Midlands based company. The following 13 years saw his development and experience grow resulting in promotions to Branch Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager and finally Regional MD following an MBO within the business.

Integrity, approachability and teamwork have the foundations of his success which led him to the role of Operations Director within his own business in 2006.

Craig’s career has spanned 20 years across all sectors and he possesses the experience of opening a large number of new branches throughout the country

Mutual respect and 20 years of friendship brought Matt and Craig together to form Link2 recruitment. Utilising their experience, personalities and knowledge is the very minimum that will be provided within the business.
